NATURAL REAL FOODS VS DEAD FOODS

The question is who would want to eat dead foods? Vultures! Unless you are a vulture or hyena why would you want to ever eat dead foods...which many are not even foods. They consist of additives, antibiotics, fillers, sugars and have zero nutritional value?  And we are not talking about road kill we are talking about 90 percent of the food on grocery stores including GMO'S, cereals, potato chips, crackers, pastries, donuts, pizzas, hot dogs, junk foods, fast foods, tv dinners, and pre-packaged foods of every description.

Unless its a specialty store with real food labels and history and if it is on the shelf and in a package it is probably dead food.  Foods are loaded with all of these chemicals that we cant even pronounce to give foods longer shelf life and give mega corporations billions of dollars.  For the record these mega corporations don't give a dam about you and your good health.  They only care about the bottom line corporate profits at your health's expense ripping you off as they cater to their stock holders and mega food corporations.

Plant-based  foods and nonalcoholic spirits are just a few of the ways food is giving your health a boost. No one ever knows exactly what a year will bring, but the interest in healthier eating that has accompanied the on going COVID 19 pandemic doesn’t appear to be fading anytime soon, and that’s a good thing.

Regardless of the fact that nuts were feared for the ability to provide too much fat to the human body. Studies show nuts have many health benefits. Nuts lower the cholesterol level in the body which is good for the heart and they also contain unsaturated fatty acids and other nutrients.

  • Grains: There are a variety of grains that have many health benefits to the human body. Grains are very important as part of healthy nutrition. They contain a lot of carbohydrates that are very good to provide the much-needed energy to the body so that one can be able to tackle the daily activities. It is also the reason you will have reduced chances of chronic diseases. The nutrient' s from grains are vital not only for good health but also maintenance of the body.
