SECRETS OF WATER

From the moment life first came into existence upon our planet, it was dependent upon the vitality of water. Over the years, our use and misuse of this precious resource has altered the vital information it carries in unexpected ways. As we consult with prominent scientists, including Konstatin Korotkov and Masaru Emoto, we gain insights into unlocking the secret of water so we can begin restoring vitality and vibrancy to all life on Earth.—Anonymous

WATER HOLDS THE KEY TO LIFE

Water - a living substance, the most common and least understood. It defies the basic laws of physics, yet holds the keys to life. Known to ancients as a transmitter to and from the higher realms, water retains memory and conveys information to DNA. However, water can die if treated poorly. Water's arrangement of molecules can be influenced by such factors as sound, thoughts, intention, and prayer, as well as by such toxins as chlorine, affecting all that comes in contact with it.  Prominent scientists help reveal the secret of water, allowing us to use this amazing element to heal ourselves and our planet

6 Science-Based Health Benefits of Drinking Enough Water

The human body comprises around 60% water. It’s commonly recommended that you drink eight 8-ounce (237-mL) glasses of water per day (the 8×8 rule). Although there’s little science behind this specific rule, staying hydrated is important.

Here are 6 evidence-based health benefits of drinking plenty of water.

DRINK THE NECTAR OFTHE GODS—PURE WATER
  1. Helps Maximize Physical Performance.

If you don’t stay hydrated, your physical performance can suffer. This is particularly important during intense exercise or high heat. Dehydration can have a noticeable effect if you lose as little as 2% of your body’s water content. However, it isn’t uncommon for athletes to lose as much as 6–10% of their water weight via sweat.

This can lead to altered body temperature control, reduced motivation, and increased fatigue. It can also make exercise feel much more difficult, both physically and mentally.

Optimal hydration has been shown to prevent this from happening, and it may even reduce the oxidative stress that occurs during high intensity exercise. This isn’t surprising when you consider that muscle is about 80% water. If you exercise intensely and tend to sweat, staying hydrated can help you perform at your absolute best.

2. May help prevent and treat Headaches.

Dehydration can trigger headaches and migraine in some individuals. Research has shown that a headache is one of the most common symptoms of dehydration. For example, a study in 393 people found that 40% of the participants experienced a headache as a result of dehydration.

Some studies have shown that drinking water can help relieve headaches in those who experience frequent headaches. A study in 102 men found that drinking an additional 50.7 ounces (1.5 liters) of water per day resulted in significant improvements on the Migraine-Specific Quality of Life scale, a scoring system for  migraine symptoms

3. May help with Constipation. Constipation is a common problem that’s characterized by infrequent bowel movements and difficulty passing stool. Increasing fluid intake is often recommended as a part of the treatment protocol, and there’s some evidence to back this up.

Low water consumption appears to be a risk factor for constipation in both younger and older individuals. Increasing hydration may help decrease constipation.  Mineral water may be a particularly beneficial beverage for those with constipation. Studies have shown that mineral water that’s rich in magnesium and sodium improves bowel movement frequency and consistency in people with constipation. Drinking plenty of water may help prevent and relieve constipation, especially in people who generally don’t drink enough water.

4. May help treat Kidney Stones.

Urinary stones are painful clumps of mineral crystal that form in the urinary system. The most common form is kidney stones, which form in the kidneys. There’s limited evidence that water intake can help prevent recurrence in people who have previously gotten kidney stones.

Higher fluid intake increases the volume of urine passing through the kidneys. This dilutes the concentration of minerals, so they’re less likely to crystallize and form clumps. Increased water intake appears to decrease the risk of kidney stone formation.

5. HELPS PREVENT HANGOVERS

A hangover refers to the unpleasant symptoms experienced after drinking alcohol. Alcohol is a diuretic, so it makes you lose more water than you take in. This can lead to dehydration.  Although dehydration isn’t the main cause of hangovers, it can cause symptoms like thirst, fatigue, headache, and dry mouth.

Good ways to reduce hangovers is to drink a glass of water between drinks and have at least one big glass of water before going to bed.

6. CAN AID IN WEIGHT LOSS

Drinking plenty of water can help you lose weight. This is because water can increase satiety and boost your metabolic rate. Some evidence suggests that increasing water intake can promote weight loss by slightly increasing your metabolism, which can increase the number of calories you burn on a daily basis.

BOTTOM LINE: Even mild dehydration can affect you mentally and physically. Make sure that you get enough water each day, whether your personal goal is 64 ounces (1.9 liters) or a different amount. It’s one of the best things you can do for your overall health.

UNIVERSAL WATER CONFLICT

WATER CONFLICT:  Description Water conflict is a term describing a conflict between countries, states, or groups over the rights to access water resources. The United Nations recognizes that water disputes result from opposing interests of water users, public or private. Wikipedia

WATER CONFLICT

In an ongoing effort to understand the connections between water resources, water systems, and international security and conflict, the Pacific Institute initiated a project to track and categorize events related to water and conflict.

THE WATER WARS: Water Wars are not simply battles on water; if they were, then almost every war in recorded human history could be categorized as a “water war,” rendering the term virtually meaningless. Rather, the term "Water Wars," in order to be analytically useful, refers to conflicts over rights of economic exploitation of water, whether through the support of fishing fleets or the pursuit of undersea resources or access to freshwater for drinking, industrial, and agricultural purposes.

WATER WARS

Global water scarcity is a huge problem and one that is not going away soon. In fact, as noted by the United Nations World Water Development Report, it is an issue that is only going to get bigger.  The report stating that nearly 6 billion people will suffer from clean water scarcity by 2050. This shortage is caused by a combination of rising global population (leading to economic development) and a reduction of available water (due to global warming). This increase in demand and decrease in supply has challenged governments, policy makers and engineers to consider what solutions can be found to ease the situation.

PURE WATER IS YOU LIFELINE

THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW: Only 3 Percent of the Earth's Water is Fresh Water. Over 68 percent of Fresh Water on Earth is Trapped in Glaciers. Water Regulates the Earth's Temperature. The Human Brain is 75 Percent Water. A Person Can Only Live About a Week Without Water.

SAVE WATER SAVE LIFE

THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO SAVE: WATER...SAVE EVERY DROP OF WATER.  Brush your teeth use a glass don't let the water run.  Take a Naval Shower... turn water on 30 seconds turn water off ...soap yourself and take quick shower. Don't stand under the shower allowing hundreds of gallons of water to free flow.  Many rural people don't have showers and running water. They use a bucket to wash off...very effective. Many walk miles with water on their heads as a daily experience. THINK BEFORE YOU WASTE ONE DROP OF WATER?

FRESH MOUNTAIN STREAM WATER

ZENTRAVELER SAYS: Water, water everywhere and not a drop to drink. If stranded at sea don't drink salt water. Drinking seawater accelerates death dramatically.   Take this time to show gratitude for the water we have.  As population rises and climate change kicks in we are fast losing the most important ingredient we have on this earth. If you really want to help join a water volunteer group and install water pumps in remote areas. Your reward will be the smiles on the people pumping fresh water into their villages.
